
The Richard Stockton Servery is a food court that needed to be completed in half the normal amount of time that the design and documentation process would normally take. Retrofitting the servery included accommodating five different, distinctly branded concepts, each with individual proprietary equipment and production procedures. The design was crafted with intricate layering visible in the ceilings, walls and floor elements that centered around a core column. The brands create individual identities within designated layers of the wall.
