Optima Engineering wanted their office to convey that they value genuine conversations with clients in their design work. The new design needed to allow flexibility for growth and expansion while maintaining current functionality and a cohesive brand experience. The space ended up earning a Green Award from the Charlotte Business Journal for its environmental friendliness – a LEED-certified shell building, environmentally friendly materials, efficient mechanical systems and 75% daylighting.
